On the left side of sheet 5 at topics under ‘Prem Bhakti ka Swarup’ from the Narad Bhaktisutra. It contains 9 points written in Sanskrit with translations in Hindi. Of these points, 8 is underlined in blue and reads “The means of Bhakti are more accessible than other means”.
Sheet 7 is on the subject of Sant-Swarup (સંત સ્વરૂપ).
There are a total of 46 points. All the points on sheet 7 are in Hindi and are dedicated to Tulsi, with points 3, 4, 11 and 12 being circled in Green. Points 11 and 18 are underlined. Point 18 has an accompanying question “Saka;gundhark, Sakalshubhavadarak kaun?”. Points 1-18 were from the Ramcharitramanas Santmahimavarnann (સંતમહિમાવર્ણં).
Point 4 line 2 “Tulsi renounced craving (undelined) and got eternal satisfaction”. Point 11 line 2 “Saints like tulsi are rare in this world”. Point 15 “People do yoga of boady and not of the mide. Those who do yoga of mind will get Siddhi”; along with this Sahebji added a comment “These are detalint methods on becoing a true Sadhu”.
On the left side of Sheet 7 are points related to Sant-Swarup, most of which are taken from Agyat or Kabir.
- Point 19 has a green tick and was taken from [Shankaracharya]. “One who had left worldy attachments and destroyed Ignorance (bad knoledge) and is focues on the supream soul through well fare is a Mahatma”.
- Point 20 is my ‘Brishish writier Seat Marden’ (However it is more likely that it is the American author Sr. Orison Swett Marden “People will be as great as much as they develop their soul in truth, sacrifice, mercy, love and strength”.
- Point 22 is from the Mahabharat Vanaparva section. “Just as the sun cannot think of hiding in the sky, similarly great men can not hide from the socity.” There are also tick marks on points 24 and 27. Point 24 is cited from Tulsi-Ra-Sudrkad while point 27 is cited from Kavi Vrunda.
- Point 32 is from Disraeli “Prosperity of maners and considration for others are the twon main charecterisitcs of a gentalmen”. It also has the added comment by Sahebji “The relationship of good people and bad people is like that of a soup and seave”. Points 35-46 are on the right side of sheet 6. Point 38 is from the British author Newman (1801-1890), “It is the nature of a gentalman that he dose not bring pain to anybody”. Point 39 is from Tarsken, “Gentellmanlyness being another word for intense humanity”. Points 41, 42, 43 which is marked with a green tick is from Chanakya. Point 43 also continas a commnet “Devi sampttivan puruba”. Point 45 is written in Gujarati my Sri Pritamdas.The next section is from the Atmagyan-Samagradarshan containing 51 points. It is on the right side of sheet 8. On the top, left corner is an excerpt from the Sahntiparva section of Mahabharata, “Atmagyan na Par Gyan”.
Points 1-3 are taken from Samyashar Kadas.
Point 4 is from [Atmasiddhi](brain://uhUKOOCqH1uAOF_u_HGPLA/Atmasiddhi) p. 111.
Point 18 is from Atmanushasan, and
point 19 is from Shri Amrutchndracharya. Point 20-22 are from Shri, Purusharthsiddhyupaya. Point 27 is written in Gujrati in the Devnagari script, while 28 from Shri Bhagvatprasand is written in Hindi.
Points 30 and 31 were from Smysaranataka.
Point 32 ins from Shri Banarasidas. Of note are Points 41, 42, 43, 44, 46 and 48.
Point 41 is from Confusious (Great Chinese Philosopher 478-550 AD), the essence of knowledge is, having to apply it, not having it to confess ignorance.
Point 42 was from Agyat, “Just like a lion can not be held in the Bamboo cage, similarly a philosopher can not be stuck in the world(ly matters)”.
Point 43 was from the Greek philosopher [Socrates](brain://rdejxz5ghVmw5uABBcH83A/Socrates), “Those who are in love with a glimps of truth are true philosophers”.
Point 44 is from [Mahatma Gandhi](brain://eNHCmD0tsF-LLpNo-9gzXA/MahatmaGandhi), “Philosophy is a silent knowledge, and is slef-eluminating. The sun dose not need to show its brightness through speaking it. It is, that we can see. This is the same for Philosophy.”
Point 46 is from Swami Vivekananda, “Knowledge is power”.
Point 47 is from Kabir.
Point 48 is also from Confusious “The hear of a wise man should resemble a mirror, which reflects every object without being sullied by any”.
Point 49 starts with a comment in Gujrati “Insights are lifes onicent elements of faith”.
